Meet Nikol

My name is Nikol- 31 years old, and I'm originally from Bulgaria. I have been into fitness for many years now but I started my proper bodybuilding journey in October 2021. Since then I have been on a strict diet and have been doing lots of weight training. I also really enjoy MMA training and attend classes at my local gym.

Why did you choose to use the Skinny Food Co products

My biggest weakness when it comes to food it’s sweets. I just love sweets and anything with a sweet flavour. But this has the worst impact on my body, plus it’s massively addiction. So I have decided I am stronger than that and went on a search to find a way to use products with no sugar and still enjoy my life and follow my diet in order to have my dream body. That's how I found the Skinny Food Co. Now I can enjoy the food I love without having to worry about the amount of sugar I consume.

These are quickly becoming a favourite of mine, especially new toffee crunch flavour. These products are helping me on a daily basis.
